No use for GPS driving. Rent a car with gps included. This app is worthless

This is not a GPS!

It really helped us when driving in Curacao. Though theres no search option by street name and sometimes the application advised us the longest possible route.

I bought this app in hopes of avoiding renting a GPS from the car rental company. It is almost totally useless. The turn by turn directions never matched up to what you were seeing on the map. In the optoins, you can select the "fastest" or the "shortest" route. The routes that it was giving to us were neither. It would have you going through some bizare twists and turns and end up on the same main road that you were already on. Sometimes when you came to a stop at an intersection, the map would just spin for no reason. Like it could not figure out where you are or where you are going. The routes as best as we could tell were marked by a purple line, but the purple line would divert, change color or go completely away leaving an orange line that we dindt know if we were supposed to follow or ignore. The POI database is pathetic. There are a few things in there, but probably not what you are going to be looking for when you are on the Island. The user interface is not intuitive. We would try to put in an address that we wanted to go and hit the navigate button and it would sit there and do nothing. it would not navigate or let you zoom in and out on roads. The reason that this app got two stars instead of one is because it did do a good job of locating where you were. We could then take that information and figure out where we were on a real map and where we wanted to go (again, on a real map). It was a good thing that my wife is handy with a map, or else we would have been in trouble relying on this thing to get us to where we were going. This app needs A LOT of work to be ready for people to pay money for it. I was going to try buying their Garmin data (four tmes as expensive), and it may have worked better because it had the Garmin OS and hardware working in the background, but I think the data is still seriosly lacking.

This is the worst ever, i call it a RIP OFF....!!!! I want my money back!!! Ps i have rated this with one star, wich is way too much, because otherwise i could not submit the comment..!!!!!

This is a terrible GPS app. It freezes, says Im in the wrong place, and just doesnt work right. Wish there was an option to get a refund!!

This app is EXPENSIVE! Im used to Navigon and a Tomtom type of navigation app. This app looks like its from 5 years ago and costa $7.99!!! Thats insane. It is usable but the interface is VERY unintuitive. Its slow to recalculate a route when we pass the turn. Finding any POI is limited to the most recognized but simple search for a few beaches turns nothing. So since there is no decent app from the likes of Navigon or TomTom this would do the job if it was $0.99 or at most $1.99. But at $7.99 this app is simply not worth it!
